The historic, trophy head-festooned, Buckhorn Exchange Restaurant, the oldest operating restaurant [as of 2016] in Denver, Colorado. The establishment, which has liquor license Number One in the State of Colorado, was founded in 1893 by Henry H. "Shorty Scout" Zietz, one of the scouts who rode with William F. "Buffalo Bill" Cody.
