The building was originally built for Christ Episcopal Church. It was sold to Catholics in 1857 and moved. It was used as a Catholic church until the congregation's new church was completed in 1981. Inside are many items related to the deaths of seven people died during a Yellow Fever outbreak in 1878 while nursing other Holly Springs victims. | Credit line: Photographs in the Ben May Charitable Trust Collection of Mississippi Photographs in the Carol M.
