Copyright October 31, 1827. Scarce full color map not in Phillips. Includes insets of tables, Memoranda, and Geological remarks. Even though a reduction of the huge nine sheet map (154x237) this is still an imposing map, full of much detail and engraved in Tanner's best style. Enclosed in a new green linen case with "Virginia, Herman Boye, 1827" on the spine in gold.
