Philadelphia, printed for the author, and for sale by the different booksellers in the United States, and by Thomas & George Palmer, agents for the author. 1812. T. & G. Palmer, printers. | 1st edition. The U.S. map is Tanner's first map (Ristow). Tanner's name is listed on the U.S. map in this first edition, but it is removed in the second edition. All the large maps are uncolored and differ from the second edition large maps in some details, but the small maps are similar in both editions. Uncut. Bound into two half leather books.
